Hhmm just found this on the web http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/vitex.html Could be useful . I knew about this being used to help symptoms of PMS and hormonal balance but didn't think of it helping PCOS. Maybe this will be another product to add to my TTC basket, well TTC shopping trolley

Hi,

I discovered Vitex last month and have been taking it for 2 weeks hoping it will help ttc and to regulate my cycles. Will let you know if I see any change in cycle of of course BFP.
