Vitamin B complex

Who takes them and what strength/brand do you use?

I’ve been taking pregnecare for 3 months now but was thinking of adding in vitamin b complex too. Would it be worth trying?

Pregnacare has all the b vitamins in there as far as I can see, so if you take another on top, you'll only be peeing out the excess tbh

When I was ttc, I did use pregnacare conception, but then switched to Tesco his&her conception, as contents are almost identical, and Tesco much cheaper. They almost constantly do 3 for 2 on conception vitamins (including pregnacare) so you can save some money that way at least.
