Very Painful Sneezes

This might sound daft but a couple of times now I've sneezed and the pain in my groin area has been awful, can't catch my breat afterwards as hurts so much. It dies down after a min or so but it does worry me.

I've a mw appt on thurs so will ask her then but has anyone else felt this?

oh this reminds me of being pregnant. i got it most of the time i sneezed.
my MW told me ther was nothing to worry about.

Yup, happened to me a lot up till about 22 weeks, although I do still have the odd twinge now.

Its stretching pains which get exaggerated when you sneeze. As Babylicious said, hold your bump when you sneeze as it seems to stop the shooting pain a bit. It worked for me

I've read many women have the same thing from sneezing and other sudden movements. All perfectly normal.

Hehe o dear, I'd forgotten about that as I've not sneezed much of late. Bee is right, invest in panty liners now

However, I just wee a bit even if I laugh to hard now. Or if OH makes me jump or something. Joy

Dont worry to much hon we all seem to have had it at one tim eof another during pregnancy.
It's another one to add to the list of annoying symptoms
Ive had the painful sharp pains in either the groin or bumparea when ive sneezed the same when i cough. the sneeze and cough have no where to go with the big bump in the way so your body protests at the restriction.
So it looks like its normal to have this

Tadpole, if it's your first, your probably safe for a while, lol. Mines only gone now cos i had a child already lol. I got to about 22 weeks last time before did it slightly when i sneezed, now i do it all the time it's really embarassing. lol doesnt stop me laughing though

ive got one too and will be using it
if i could find it i bought one last January to get fit New years resalution

I've got a gym ball, I haven't tried it yet. it took me half our to pump the bloody thing up the other day and by the time I had i couldn't be bothered to use it. Lol.

Yes, I do believe the wee when you sneeze starts earlier in subsequent pregnancies....and unless you do pelvic floor exercises...doesnt really go in between lol
