Very bad chest Pain, Headaches, nausea, pain in left arm whilst 19 weeks

I am 19 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering from sever nausea and vomiting (lost 5kg in a month), headaches, chest pain that is so severe it makes me cry out in agony and pain in the left arm whilst having chest pains.
I have been in hospital for 4 days and they don't seem to know what is wrong with me. They have given me a chest x-ray and checked for blood clots in my legs. I have + protein and electrolytes in my urine. I am having a VQ scan tomorrow to rule out blood clots completely. But if it isn't a blood clot what could it be??

The nausea and vomiting - that sounds like hyperemesis, could that just be seperare from your other symptoms? X

I had awful chest pain when I had hyperemesis. I had also trapped a nerve from being sick and I kept getting shooting pains down my left arm and chest and then up into my face..one day it all went numb..was so weird and we actually called an ambulance and it all turned out to be from being sick so much! Hope there is a similar explanation for you. It puts a lot of strain on your muscles etc having hg xx

And the headaches could be dehydration from the vomiting so like millielaura says could be HG x

I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis previously. But I'm managing to keep food down and stay hydrated. The chest pains are excruciating a comparison of pain would be an extreme extreme period pain but in the chest. When it happens I get really breathless and nauseous, then my left arm becomes numb and dull. I'm still young (18) so I know it is highly unlikely that it's a heart problem but I just wondered if anyone has had something similar and what they got diagnosed with.

Guessing they have ruled out heart issues? Could the pain be muscular and then the rest anxiety about the pain? I know if I get chest pain I feel a bit anxious which causes other symptoms too xx

They ruled out heart issues but I have an abnormality (nodules) on my right lung so I am waiting for a CT scan today to see whether it is a blood clot, Pneumonia or God forbid Lung cancer. Thank you xx
