I have a short-ish luteal phase that used to be 10 days, I've been taking 100mg of B6 vitamin for 3 months. My luteal phase has increased from 10 to 11 days. A day can make a big difference and I thought I'd share this info to maybe help other women with a short luteal phase. It's supposed to improve the womb lining so might be useful for all women trying to conceive even if they don't have a short luteal phase.
