URGENT advice required - infected big toe!!!!

I can't feel any pain from it. I haven't looked under the bandage though. I have to leave this dressing on until tomorrow. Then I have to take it off, did the toe in hot salt water then put a fresh dressing on.
I can't see any redness peeping out from under the dressing so I assume it isn't spreading. I don't have a temp and my foot and other ties feel normal.
Fx it will be coming out in the dressing (puke) xx
