Urgent advice please xx

I had my belly btton pierced years ago and every so often it goes really red I think it might be due to rubbing on my pants and not infected, I put on some dettol antiseptic cream and the after reading the instructions realised that should check with doctor before use when pregnant.

I phoned the chemist and they said if it is infected i need to see a doctor but it isnt hurting me its just red so i dont think it is!!

Do you think I should go to the doctors and double check everything is ok or leave it??

i would get it checked hun i had this too only mine became infected and i was just given some cream and its fine now

i would ring the doctors, get one of the flexi bars, you can buy them from argos now, it allows room for your belly to grow. From my last pregnancy i have a stretch mark right through my piercing, i kept taking it out but re piercing it x

Aye get to the doctors and just get ti checked, better to be safe than sorry

The best thing for it is some salty warm water, dab it all over the belly button with some cotton wool. Mine used to get infected a lot and this is what I was advised to do. It really does work
