*UPDATED* Day 3 of the routine!

UPDATE - Another good night. Bath at 8pm, bed at 9pm and slept until 5.30am. I really hope she keeps this up, got a feeling that she'll suddenly start screaming at 2am for feeds soon.

I've decided to get Aimee into a bedtime routine. She gets a bath between 7pm and 8pm, a bottle, cuddle time and then into her basket about 9pm. It has been day 3 and so far so good!

Last night she was in her basket by 8pm and slept until 6am this morning without waking! Best nights sleep both Ewan and I had in 6 weeks! I am hoping she keeps this sleeping through the night up.
