Hi girls
Hope everyone is doing okay, it's been quite busy with me getting baby and house things organised. We hopefully will be moving next month if everything goes well with surveys etc.
Anyway we went to our appointment with the Midwife last Thursday and after both of the midwife's had a good old prod around (boy, it was'nt have uncomfy) they thought the baby was still breech. So they made an appointment for the consultant for Monday morning. So off we trundle to the Hospital had two midwifes have another prod and they thought it was head down and 3/5 engaged so they went to get the consultant,I was very happy and then the consultant comes in has a good old feel and said the jury was out for him (felt really :? then) so he went and got his portable scanner . He scanned me (we never got to see a thing  ) and he was talking to midwife and was asking her thats the head down on the bladder she said yes. (gave me great confidence). So anyway they said the baby's head is down  . Sorry for all the detail just thought it might give hope to ladies in a similar position , the good old feel and prod test is'nt always 100% accurate and my advice would be not to worry too much if your midwife thinks you could be breech until you have had a scan/seen consultant because I spent the weekend researching ECV, Caesarean's etc, Instead of making the most of the Sun. Just turns out the baby has taken after me and has a big bum ! :D

yay!! :cheer:

That's great news!!

It seems that mine keeps moving around all the time - changing positions constantly hehe - she still has a lot of space in there it seems!

So glad LO's head down for you, and yes MW's can sometimes be wrong, during delivery my MW couldn't feel the difference between Isaac's ear and nose  You would think the amount of time they take feeling, they would figure it out
