I tried a softcup and i found it too fiddly and getting it in place caused most of the sperm to come out

I reckon the fem cup and soft cup will work in the same way mrs blue.

Lou, it worked well for AF, but to be sure I'm gonna put it in upside down so no swimmers escape or catch the swimmers and then pop it in with some preseed!
