Uniform

Hey all i was just wondering do any of us for our work have to wear a uniform of any sorts except i was given a new uniform today from my boss as our workplace has changed its uniform and i hate it i think its horrid what do you think?

Its burgundy with cream piping

That's not too bad. I used to be a travel agent for Going Places, they used to have minging uniforms but then they changed to navy with orange trim which was actually quite nice. Then I moved to Travelcare and got stuck with the 80s style uniform/material they have. Left in under 3 months (though that was more to do with my

of a boss!!

I wish I wore one though as it takes me so much time to decide what to wear. I have had some minging uniforms in the past. Yours is really nice.

i sometimes wish we had uniforms would be a hell of a lot cheaper but sometimes it nice to wear what you like i have never had a uniform for any of my jobs, might help if i had worked more than 2 places!

Omg beanie i think its awful i hate it. Mindue its better than the andie pandie striped one we used to wear!!!! But i still dont like it though. Mindue im looking forwards to wearing it for the o/h enjoyment!!!! (oops sorry).

Never had to wear a uniform for work, I'm a teacher. But I hated my school uniform, which was:

Beige blouse (yes beige)
Bottle green skirt (had to be knee length, this was a convent)
Bottle green V neck pullover
Bottle green tie (yes, a tie)
Beige socks
FLAT brown shoes (most of us wore deck shoes/moccasins)

And for PE (wait for it)

White airtex blouse (at least it wasn't beige)
Bottle green divided skirt ( very short)
Bottle green knickers for inside your skirt. :!: (nobody ever wore these)
Bottle green knee socks
White runners.

And we had a blazer/gabardine coat too. Guess what colour? Yep, green.

I have had my share of uniforms!

black skirt / trousers

black blazer (never worn even tho it was compolsary)
and a green tye wit gold and red stripes

I despise this piccy so much - I look a lot better really (honestly, check out friendly faces). This is my minging student nurse uniform. Luckily I've only got 3 months to go and after that, I'm gonna burn it in a big bonfire. You have to wear these silly little red things on your shoulders when your in the 3rd year to show you are a 'senior student'. Thats a load of poop!

When I worked in neuro theatres, I 'borrowed' some scrubs and made a pretty cool halloween costume out of it! Yes, its red paint ppl!
