Finally getting organised!!!!

It'll come together for us all because it has to really! Lol! It just gives us greater piece of mind if it was all sorted. I've turned into the biggest procrastinator ever since bein pregnant again and its awful! Haven't even packed my hospital bag despite buying things to put in it! Quite frankly, I can't be arsed! Would be the most sensible option tho but the effort, OH the effort!!! X

OMG that is so me!!!! I've always been a procrastinator though and tend to always get things done at the last minute under pressure. My friend started packing me a hospital bag (bless her) but it's just been lying on my bedroom floor for the last month and I've done nothing with it! Can't be arsed sums it up about right - I even told myself I'd get organised by writing a list of everything that needs doing, but haven't even managed that, lol!! .But like you say, it will all come together in the end as it has to!! xxx

awww glad u getting all ur stuff organised.. I have just stopped with my baby buying things went out got a few clothes and the pram then nothing lol- Its not that i cant be bothered its just i dunno where to start and stuff. Picked the crib we like but cant decide on covers/bumper sets its like ive lost the ability to make a decision lol x

Awww thats wicked! Not much left to do at all for you! And yeah, true about them not being in the nursery right away. I was gonna leave buying the nursery stuff til March when me and OH both get our bonuses but think we'll get it out the way with this tax credit money.

What pushchair u getting? I'm in love with ours!!! I keep getting it out and pushing it round the house!

Think I'm gonna get the silvercross 3d would love a quinny but don't have enough pennies lol.

My Quinny's cheaper than the silvercross 3D at the minute babe. SC is £299 without car seat and the Quinny Zapp Xtra is £229 from Babies r Us on offer at the moment. Not to say ya can't find the Silvercross cheaper elsewhere tho! Xx

Well after realising i have not got long left at all and reading a few posts especially this one, i realised i really need to get sorted so today i bought some nappies and maternity towels yeah i found breast pads from last baby in broken baby box lol. My mum gave me a bag with travel shampoo and conditioner, soap and a toothbrush, she bought me slippers and nightie so finally started packing my bag whooppee. so thats what i have packed in my little suitcase.
Now for the stuff i need to get, a cot, a pram, baby clothes, decorate nursery, drawers, warddrobe. Think thats about it, oh bottles even though i breastfeeding at first i expressed into bottles so the kids could all have a little go at feeding and hubby. oh i got a breastpump get me not as unorganised as I thought lol

I felt like this too - totally overwhelmed whenever I looked. Didn't start buying till about 28/29 weeks really....start by writing a list of EVERYTHING you're going to need and then just buy a thing or two. I found that once I made a few purchases it got alot easier, it was just taking that first step that was the hardest. Of course, as Lou says, being unable to make a decision when you're pregnant really doesn't help matters, but you'll get into the swing of it!! xxx

I haven't bought mine yet as this is the most difficult decision I've had to make yet!!! I was agonising over it in the store yesterday and left with nothing. The bundle I think I'm gonna get costs 90 quid and that's without matching changing mat, light shade wall art or anything!! I just couldn't justify spending that amount yesterday considering my bedding would never cost that much even with a king size quilt!

It is exciting though looking at all the cute things It's so hard to decide, I've been rubbish since I've been pregnant, at making decisions, not just baby stuff, but everyday stuff
The bedding I got was the Toys R Us, "Starry Nights" set, but like lexus says, it's sooo expensive, haven't got the wall art, lampshade, curtains or anything, just the bedding, changing mat and towels so far. (have seen they even do matching vests and sleepsuits in their new catalogue, very cute)

I've just been out and got my changing mat, changing bag, a couple of hats too. Going to get my car seat sorted tomorrow. I'm on a roll!!!
