Hi all
If you have read my previous post you will know that I had a 3cm cyst on my right ovary which was stopping my being prescribed clomid.
I had my ultrasound today to see if there have been any changes, I was quite optimistic that it had disappeared however it is still there and hasn't changed at all so I guess the fact it hasn't grown bigger is a good sign but then it hasnt shrunk either.
I found d out it was a blood filled cyst (hemo something), not sure what that means!
On a good note I started metformin about a month ago to see if that will make a difference and I have been getting period pain (almost forgot what that was like considering I haven't had a period since September!) and the scan nurse said my lining looked very thick like I was going to come on so maybe the metformin has worked. I'm taking it as a good sign anyway
My follow up appointment is 2 weeks away I hope they will still give me clomid though I doubt it x
