twins?

I'm just wondering if anyone had symptoms that made them think they was having twins beforethey found out, where they ddifferent to a single pregnancy?

I've been sick as a dog and my hgc levels were so high my mw gasped and was adamant it had to be twins. Had an early scan on Friday and it's just the one baby in there. I don't think you can tell twins from symptoms as one baby can display the same symptoms!!!

Same as Bunnykins, was incredibly sick & felt awful all the time, convinced it was twins as there is a history of twins on my mums side, turns out there is definitely only one baby in there don't think symptoms are something to go on, only really a scan would tell x

im having twins, just before my early scan i had a fleeting thought and laughed and said i wonder if its twins but immediately dismissed it, i thought i was 3 weeks ahead of what i was and had lots of bloat and extreme nausea and sickness which i never had with my first but i thought it was due to it maybe being a girl this time (had a gut feeling i was carrying a girl). Last time my only symptoms were sore boobs and missed period, this time they were sore boobs, really bad nausea and vomiting, needing to go for a wee lots and tiredness. If i hadnt of has a private scan though i woudn have known until my 12 week and wouldnt have suspected either hun xxx
