Me and my fiance have been ttc since May. Still we haven't gotten a positive reading. And now I should have started showing of getting my period tomorrow. But nothing of the sort. All I have gotten n it started this afternoon. Was sharp pain in my lower, nausea, fatigue and sharp pain in my lower left abdamon. Could someone please give me some type of advice on what to do

It takes a healthy couple around 12 months to conceive so you have nothing to worry about. You are only on your 4th cycle.
If your period doesn’t arrive when it is due, take a test. You will get an accurate result.
If it is late you may have ovulated later this cycle making your cycle length longer.
