Progesterone cream can help with irregular periods. It's a condition associated with oestrogen dominance. (so says my booklet!)

i've heard of agnus catcus before on here, let us know how you get on hun. i have heard you get it at holland and barratt also.

My cycles are a bit erractic but they generally find a pattern once i settle in they are just so long! i find the 4ww to ovulate so demoralising and frustrating , people with shorter cycles get so many more goes at trying to get that egg than us and i just think when OV does come around i got to everything possible to get that egg its quite stressful cos i know got to wait so long to try again!!

i must advise charting though it generally for me shows when i ovulate and helps you keep a diary on symptoms etc, i definitely get strong OV signs like i never notice when i'm not charting and then you can also look back and see the symptoms you had from previous months

i should have ovulated on friday been getting loads of signs but haven't had the rise in temp yet, so looks like i might be getting an even longer cycle 45 days + ahhhhhhhh!

we been bding loads i can't ask more of my OH he is so supportive we don't talk about ttc as thats the way he wanted it and i understand don't want him to think of him just a babymaking machine.

Rusks I have a feeling I'm going to OV soon. I got creamy CM today and I am getting twinges too... So maybe we'll be on our 2WW together - yay!

It is rubbish waiting 4 weeks to OV. I think it's easier for me though as I don't know when it's going to come so every day I'm hopeful whereas you know you have to wait 4 weeks.

If I OV Wednesday this will be a 36 day cycle so that isn't too bad but haven't had that EWCM that has been eluding me so far...

I definitely have irregular cycles after having my last depo shot in March 2006. In April 2008 I got my first AF then again a month later but no AF since. Just a little bit of spotting in the last week. Was hoping it would be IB and took a HPT (First Response) which was positive at 3 minutes but disappeared at 10 minutes. My ebay cheapie taken around the same time was a BFN. Will retest tomorrow.

The problem was I have been on the injection since I was 17. Only started my periods at 15 and they were never regular.

A&J...noticed u have PCOS..im being tested for this when and IF i get to CD 21 could i ask what symptoms u have with this ? apart from irreg cycles im now on CD 70 i think - lost count now

I came off the pill in April and have only had 2 periods since, but they haven't been anything like what AF should be, so I don't think they were even proper ones. I was deluded when I thought it may have gone back to normal last month when my 2nd sort-of-period came 28 days after my first one, but it's now day 32 and no sign of AF! But, I do think I may have just been/be ovulating so that's a positive. It's rubbish isn't it? I wish us all lots of luck.

Hey Ladies

My cycles aren't as bad as before I had Gabs (they were anything from 40-100 days ), they have sorted themselves out a bit and are anything from 30-45 day.

I normally know I am ovulating when I get EWCM and tend to just go with the flow and hope for the best anyway

I am currently waiting for af after my miscarriage last month and then I will know where I stand.

I have no other symptoms really apart from the very lack of af I think my doctors was not taking me seriously until I went to them on cd149 then they started to take notice. The only other symptom that could be down to pcos is putting on a bit of weight but I think that is manly down to exercise or lack of
