angus cactus ??? irregular periods help needed

wounder if u ladies help me..?

my periods are very irregular some cycles can be 45days long..ihave heard anguscactus can help regulate periods..is this true? do anyof u lot know if it works or if i can take anythin else to get regular cycles so that TTC is a bit easier.

It is meant to help, I stopped taking it but I have started taking it again since my last cycle was 37 days
