I had an ectopic back in January, had a little break from TTC and 6 cycles of trying later still nothing ..
It took 6 cycles last time & I know 6 months is not a lot to some. This is the first month we haven’t charted or used opks , we dtd based on when I had fertile looking cm.
Last time I got my bfp it was two days after Xmas , and now it’s almost coming up to a year I am questioning everything ..
My OH is really supportive and we have tried to take a more relaxed approach. He has a feeling it will happen soon but I guess you just don’t no.

Sounds like you are doing everything right and it can take a while. I'm on cycle 3 but I can imagine I'd be feeling pretty fed up if I was on cycle 12. Depending on how d you are, have you been to see your gp? Olduns like me (40 next year) should see a gp if 6 months with no success.

Thank you, I am 27 OH is 29 ..TTC our first. No I haven’t spoken to my go about it we said we would give ourselves til April 19 and if no success start looking at other options, I guess cos it’s coming up to the YEAR mark it’s getting me down but saying that we had a 4 month break to get my body back to normal & it also had an emotional impact too.

Hi Hun, sorry to hear that this has happened but it sounds like you’ve taken the time you needed to recover. I would carry on as you are if you’re not wanting to focus too much on tracking your temp etc. Because you’ve taken the break from ttc your gp might treat it as you starting from scratch. I hope you get your bfp soon x
