TTC 7dpo symptoms

Hi

Been ttc for a while, I get my hopes up to be let down:/
I ovulated on 26-27, for the past few days iv had like pain/cramping/pinching on the left side of my abdomen, I have also been very gasy for 3 days, iv had vivid dreams of becoming pregnant but also other dreams about my partner (not sure if it has anything to do with this) this evening iv had pain in my neck and also feeling a little sicky.

Anyone experienced this before? Or am I giving myself false hope again
