TTC 2nd......bizarre cycles

Hi there

I was hoping someone could help.
I'll be 41 in October & we are TTC our 2nd.
My little one is 4 in December. Fell within about 4 months of periods returning
to normal after long time on the pill last time.

So I stopped taking the pill in February & period returned naturally
after 27-28 days.
I haven't been tracking cycle religiously as we've moved house
& I wanted things to settle in our life first.
But in the last couple of months my cycle has been getting shorter
& shorter...to 24 days...then 21 days.
However i am now on day 31 with no period & 2 negative tests.
Was going to start ovulation sticks next month so Sod's law it's gone
crazy!
Has anyone had something similar or have ideas on what to do next?!
Feel so impatient now!!

V frustrating but not uncommon! Maybe stress from house move? My cycles did this before I got pg with current one so I was anxious something was wrong. There are some supplements which can help I think but I've never used so fx another lady can point you in the right direction. You can still use OPKS, i'd probs just start from cd8. Good luck!
