Hy...

Am new here...me and my husband are trying to start our family, for last few months I have started tracking my dates..and tracking when I start ovulating... As per whattoexpect - Many women use ovulation predictor kits, which identify the date of ovulation 12 to 24 hours in advance by looking at levels of luteinizing hormone, or LH, the last of the hormones to hit its peak before ovulation.

I am super excited to start this new phase in my life....

Is any one using predictor kit ??? Please let me know!!

Hey welcome.
Yes he majority of us ladies on here use opks!
Opks and temping combined are the best ways to test your ovulating.
Good luck in your journey.

I am also new here, just registered today. There are so many different ways to monitor ovulation. I used to get digital test but it would be possitive on day 12 every month so I stopped spending money on it. I look at cervical mucus and just start doing it from day 7 onwards. It all depends how long your cycle is. Mine is 25 days, with an odd 24 and very rarely 26 days long cycle. According to the experts, my peak day for ovulation is day 10 but I could ovulate on a different day each month. Ovia is a good application for tracking your cycle and they have very useful advice. All the best!!!!
