trouble going to toilet?

I had this bad with my first pregnancy as well.... altho nothing really helped, but my son has suffered with constipation since he was born and they recomennded concentrated fig juice, we got it from Boots, but good idea to ask phamacist if it is ok for use within pregnancy but cant see why it wouldnt be!

A couple of doeses sorts my son right out!!

I brought some weetabix yesterday, wondering if that would help.
I had 2 this morning for breakfast and guess what, yes, i have been, LOL. Maybe slightly the other way, so might just have them every few days or something. Fingers cross this will carry on helping.
