Havnt been to toilet since sunday :( TMIsorry

Hi Ladies,

As the title says i havnt been to the toilet (opened bowels) since sunday! Its killing me and i feel full and sick all the time I was wondering if this could harm the baby. Iv been taking lactulose all week but with no luck (apart from Wind!!!) Im wondering if it is also phycological as im scared to push as i have an incompetent cervix and havnt had my stitch in yet!

I have been struggling going to toilet then my mum said to eat fruit and fibre cereal every moring and you know since i been eating that its a lot easier for me to go. xxx

ask your midwife the is a drink you can have mix it with water its horrible tho lol
