Triphasic chart and bfn!
Plz look at my chart:


My Ovulation Chart



10 dpo today. I tested today, bfn! . I'm taking vitamin b6tabs, 100gms. This is to lengthen my lp which was 8days last month (ov cycle day 18). This month I have ov cycle day 10. Keeping that in mind, I am due af tomorrow or wed.

10DPO could be too early for a BFN, so dont hold out hope. My chart went triphasic last month and AF still reared her ugly head!! Am interested in how your B6 goes though as Ive had a short luteal phase since coming off the pill

as LD1978 said 10dpo might be too early for an accurate pregnancy test.
At the same time.. I had a triphasic chart this month, temp went up and stayed up three days, then it went down a little yeasterday, this morning it was even lower and I got my period...

I triphasic chart is a good sign, but you can have it and not be pregnant, and you can be pregnant and not have a triphasic chart as well!

Try to wait a couple of days and test again if af doesn't arrive!
