Treating athletes foot

I have athlete's foot between my little toe and next toe. Is it OK to use the normal cream you can get over the counter while pregnant? It's painful!

Unless you have a baby growing in your foot... I don't think there should any probs... Only a tiny amount of the cream will be absorbed into your system and it's got a long way to get to your tummy... by which point it will be well diluted... I've been told to use anti inflammatory cream on my hands....
