Anyone clued up on reflexology?

Having this wierd sharp twitching cramp, like a pin being stuck in my right lower abdomen, and each time it happens I can also feel it in my right foot, toe next to little toe, on the right middle edge of said toe.

If anyone knows anything about reflexolgoy, could you give me a rough diagnosos as its well wierd lol

Im POSSIBLY 5/6 weeks pregnant but hasnt been confirmed yet.

I'm currently training to be a reflexologist at the moment but don't qualify till june so I could be wrong.

Your toes relate to your sinuses and the front of your toes relate to your teeth. The area just under your little toe and the one next to it relates to your ears.

maybe its a nerve thing? not sure? Sorry i couldn't be any more help.

it could be cramp, I get that alot in my toes?
