Tracking Cycles? And IUD question

How do you ladies track your cycle? I have never bothered with it I dont know how long mine are or anything! Are there any online thingies you can use to track it for you? lol

Also for anyone who had an IUD(mirena) How long did your cycles take to get back to normal after removal?

Hiya - i have an app on my phone which is pretty good and easy to use called ovuview allows u to track cycles temperature chanhes and noticable symptoms and monthly goings on x

cant help on the iud but lots of ladies here will im sure be happy to help x

I have an app on my iPhone called Period Tracker Deluxe that pretty handy

Not used it myself - just googled period tracker online.

It's easy enough to to it manually though...

When you get your period mark your diary. That is cycle day 1.

When you get your next period mark the diary, you are on cd 1 again.

Then count the number of days including the first cd 1 to the day *before* the next cd 1 and that is your cycle length.

You need to keep on doing it though every time you get a period as it can fluctuate
