Too early for sore nipples and light cramps? 5dpo

Hi, is it impossible to have sore nipples (almost burning stinging pain) 2dpo, and mild cramps 5dpo? Could they be signs?

I've also had like a tingling sensation in my lips and tongue and lots of wind....

I was very windy!!! I don't think it is too early, there is a tendency to over analyse symptoms but you know your own body. In the week before my bfp I had trouble sleeping, horrid dreams, thrush (which I had bever had) bleeding gums and very pumpy!!!

Do these sound familiar?

lol, pumping is my speciality at the mo - so if 'm not PG, How embarresing!!!

Apart from feeling hungry, a bit sick after eating, and the tingling sensation in my lips, sore burning nipples, and today I'm having a dull ache - bit like AF could be on her way - I'm not having anything obvious. It sounds like a lot, but all are very subtle.

I did have a weird dream last night, and last week i had a very vivid dream about noel edmonds. hmmmmm, strange.....

i just got BFP today 10dpo and i had cramps like AF was about to come on from 4dpo on and off. I was convinced AF was coming early!

missac - would dreaming about getting a BFP count as a bad dream? I've had 3 dreams since i OVd about getting a BFP and the dreams seemed so real

I had no symptoms whatsover before I got my BFP, apart from an implantation bleed. I really think it varies from woman to woman like most things in pregnancy.

we have only been trying two and a half weeks (as he is always away with army!) but last night had real trouble sleeping, had an awful dream i was fighting with a girl i used to know and for the past few hours got an ache in my stomach!?!?

probably nothing, huh??
