Yeah I notice it the most in the bath and try and pull myself up only using my arms.. But it's hard lol!
 
Thanks girls! Mine does seem to be getting worse so I went to see another midwife about it. She said that I will probably need a band around my abdomen after the birth if it gets a lot worse but that I should try really hard to work my 'core muscles' in the meantime, which is basically sucking in your tummy whenever you are standing or walking (the problem being that pregnant women like to stick their tummy out).

So as well as pelvic floor muscles I am trying to remember to work my core muscles too, and advise you all to work on yours! xxx
 
Blimey I may have to ask my mw about this as mine is quite bad too!
 
and what about after giving birth? does anyone know what exercises we should do then to get our tummies back to normal?
