TMI - Sharp bottom pains!

Hi ladies,
I know others posted similar topics but I can't find an answer!
The last couple of days I've had really sharp shooting pains, that really take my breath away (that are *ahem* up my bottom...)
Anyone know what this is? Was wondering if something to do with constipation/wind?

I get that!! But I'm not preg lol. Interested to know what the heck it is though cos it always makes me jump and if I'm talking it makes my voice go nuts pmsl!

Hubby has told me this evening that he also gets this LOL! So obv not preggo related which I guess is a relief.

It must be to do with constipation as I am (TMI) not as regular as I used to be, sometimes not for 2-3 days

No, not piles. The pain is internal and I would imagine with piles it would be more external.
