Tmi. Miscarriage at 10 weeks

Hi all not been on here for a while.
Found out yesterday my babys heart has stopped beating at 10 weeks. I had bleeding and cramping. Im heartbroken and have chosen a natural miscarriage. Just wanting some love & advice. Got cocodamol at the minute. Not a lot is happening. Passed a few clots.
