Sorry about the graphic details ladies.....but when I went to the loo this morning I noticed things were rather swollen down below and I'm worried I may have a prolapse of some sort.

There's nothing actually sticking out, but I can feel things bulging around my vagina.

I'm seeing midwife this week so will ask her about it.......just wondering if anyone else has had the same?

It's just an increase in blood flow! Totally normal. If you want to mention it to your MW to put your mind at rest, do. But it really is normal. Xx

I'm all swollen too and I remember being like that in my previous pregnancy. If nothing else feels wrong, I wouldn't worry x

Yep my foof looks and feels like it's gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson! Swollen and sore. Totally normal :)

Thanks for your replies ladies......when you say you're swollen do you mean the vulva? As it's not that in my case....it feels more like my insides pushing downwards if that makes sense?

Yep. Big fat foof. Not sexy eh :eh: but normal (no one tells you these things tho) xxx

I'm completely and utterly swollen. I also have varicose veins there too, because I just get treated to stuff like that :-(

This made me laugh!!

Yeah Im swollen too and the skin feels tight now, glad to see its normal and I'm not suffering alone.

Do you know what I'm so glad some one else has posted and asked this! I've been really swollen downstairs for a while now!

I had this too for weeks, it all goes back to normal once LO is born xx
