Hi girls

So I started af on CD23 ( mylast few cycles have been 25-26). AF was normal flow and quite painful as it always is but only lasted 3 days then stopped. Yesterday my bbs were sore I felt really sick and I have been feeling really hot. I've tested today and got a faint bfp. I'm guessing this has maybe been a chemical, just clinging onto the chance I may have a little bean in their. Guess only time will tell.

It would be really sensible to see if your dr can do 2 hcg bloods 48hrs apart. I had similar situation recently and had an ectopic. I was 2 weeks into what i believed to be my next cycle, started OPK'ing and was ridiculously positve. I only did HPT because of this and feeling "wrong" for that time of the month. Had quite faint HPTs though, so that was another clue it wasn't right.

At the very least i would keep an eye on the cheapie HPTs as to whether the line disappears or starts to get darker slowly - i got treated early and didn't lose any vital bits through it all.

You may even be one of those rare cases where there is a relatively normal period and all still goes to plan.

I'm going to keep testing until wednesday and if still positive ring my epac and see if they'll do my bloods and book me in for a 6 week scan.
