Tight tummy

Hi guys wondered if any of you could help. The last couple of days my belly has felt really tight and been getting period type pains. Wondered if you knew what it could be? I wasnt sure if it was BH's as im not sure what they feel like but thought it was a bit early at 23 weeks?

sounds like it could be BH's hun - would check with your midwife about the period pains though just to be on teh safe side xxx
