Thyroid or pregnant?

Hi,
i was just wondering if any1 had got thyriod symtoms mixed up with pregnancy symtoms?

My Drs surgery wont let me have a blood test for prgnancy (said it to expensive) so i'm having a LH & FSH test in a few weeks.....would they tell me once and for all?
