As you can see the zip is actually undone so not around his neck at all, he's laughing his head off. 100% safe obviously because I've taken the time to pull my phone out and take a picture. I've thrown him higher in the air than that.

It's lucky this is my 2nd child and I've got 10 years experience of being a good safe parent If this were my first child I might actually get upset by your nasty comments and social service bullcrap.
