the sickness returns!!?

Hi all I am 11weeks pregnant, I was very sick & nauseous for several weeks but it trailed off for the last few weeks (mild nausea remained without the vomit!- ) only today and yesterday its returned with a vengeance and stolen my appetite again just as I almost got it back ! Feel like I've took a step back. Anyone else experienced this? With my daughter, once the sickness stopped that was it for good !

I'm having the same at 12 weeks. Thought it was all better and now I cant keep anything down. Enough is enough I'm off to the GP this afternoon!
