Im just wondering how everyones OH is adjusting to them being pg?

Mine has good and bad days ... he does all the housework and gives good cuddles and we are both very excited about it all but some days his moods seem worse than my hormone induced ones!!! x

He seems happy, cant say he has adjusted to much. When I was awfully sick he made me food when ever I needed some and was constantly kissing my belly, well, still does kiss my belly. But im pretty much over the worse of the sickness so I feel like im back to normal and not pregnant lol.

xx

Mine has been a bit grumpy...especially when I haven't wanted to go out because I'm tired, or because of the loss of libido! I hope he stops getting sulky soon!!! x

Mine is soooo excited!! But then we only found out yesterday lol :)

xx

Mine is a grumpy git lol he didn't want this baby but when we thought something was wrong he couldn't do enough. He says im pregnant not ill. I let it go over my head because i know for a fact that when we hear the heartbeat or see the baby he will change his mind lol xx

my OH was really bad until first scan. Noa wasnt planned atall but OHs religion dont allow abortion and we where not even considering a baby.
HE wouldnt talk to me about it atall but he was there for me. As soon as we saw Noa on the screen at the 12 week scan he grabbed my hand and i looked at him and he had a massive smile on his face :D

yeah archiesmummy i agree - i think my OH will stop having his occasional sulks once he has seen the baby x

Mine has had his grumpy moments, I don't think he understands why I like to read about it so much but then I said "well it's my body that's going through the changes not yours" to which he did see my point. That said he is really excited about telling people and I think it will hit home even more once we've had the first scan. It always annoys me when people say "you're pregnant not ill" when in fact pregnancy can make you feel pretty ill at times. It's like until people can see proof (ie a bump) they don't really take you seriously and don't see how you can be having any symptoms.

P.S OH wasn't very impressed when I told him he'd have to empty the cat's litter tray for the next 9 months lol!

lol bella! i might get a cat purely to piss my OH off when hes in a sulk :)

ha ha yes good idea Cherelle! Honestly when I first told him how you're not supposed to go near cat's poop when you're pregnant he looked at me like I was making it up! Only problem is he's sometimes a bit slack at doing it and I come downstairs and nearly throw up from the smell!! So the "cat" has recently been leaving him notes..."Dear dad please clean up my shite it stinks..." lol

This one as a little of an oops for us, we weren't having any more and were happy with the 5 we had, we went through a bad stage at the beginning where i was going to go through with an abortion and went for appointment and got a date, but i just couldn't go through with it, especially once i found out that it as twins and 1 had stopped growing and i have a history of iscarraiges so it made me think this baby has stuck around for a reason, I have lost twins before but i lost teh 2nd one not long after the 1st one so it double made me think. hubby wasfine about i once i made my decision to have the baby and has stood by me, he has looked after me many times before in previous pregnancies and this time has been no different. he didn't come to the booking in with me though as he had work and gone into work mode so many kids got to provide. but i know he is worse than me when it comes to babies and he is now overjoyed wich is really nice as at first he could only see the problems 3 bedroom house no space for another 7 seater car no space for another, time etc. we are both now so happy i changed my mind. I think men tend to look after you more the further along you are because there is something they can see then.

Mine's really excited - our cub's unplanned and he'd been told he may never be able to have children so he's over the moon at the prospect of being a dad. He knows more about pregnancy than I do from all the internet research he's doing - lol!

He is a terrible worrier though so I'm having to do a lot of "i'm sure it'll be fine" type reassuring.

Roll on the scan to put both our minds at rest!

Mines has been great. He does everything for me, we work in the same building so he even goes out and gets my lunch for me to save me having to go out on my lunch. To be honest, im completely spoiled!!:) x

My OH is excited as he was with Adam.
He looks after when im not pregnant, i have my tea cooked for me everynight and its on the table for when i get in from work and hes really good with the housework (apart from the ironing!) but when im pregnant he goes out of his way to make me feel extra special :)
I think we are all really lucky girls x x
