I always have straight sections , so don't have this, but would be paranoid I know if went into to natural labour about it happening, wouldn't care if OH saw , but it would be the nurses , esp if they were down there!!
I do wonder tho, that when my blood pressure always drops after the spinal (seems to do it just when they are starting op), I always throw up! now my pelvic floor has taken a bashing after 3 kids, it's shocking at mo, so when I throw up I always have to cross my legs! so often wondered wether when I'm sick my little catherter bag fills up in front of someone, or wether they have even managed to get it put in by then! ahhhhh
