I didn't read any books last time, and I'm not planning on reading any this time either.
I found it bad enough having my mum moaning at me for not feeding James every 4 hours on the dot, without having a book trying to force routines on me as well

Baby Secrets is a lot softer than Gina Ford. I'm not saying don't READ the books, just think twice before you decide to follow them to the letter. You could be making a rod for your own back.
