Quicky from me too :)

Ryan slept last night from 7pm-12, then again until 5.30am. Good boy :) Ok it's not *that* much of an achievement but I appreciated the 12-5.30 sleep!!!

Who's actually going on Tuesday do you have a list Emmylou? I'm just being nosy really :)

I just checked our bank balance and its a bit sad :( I know we are far from badly off as we have savings, but it's still a bit :? and I'm here thinking god I know we need shopping but I don't wanna do it cos we're poor even though we aren't poor... if that makes sense.

Looking forward to driving lesson tonight though. More money gone though.

Man why do things have to cost so much? :wall:

x

oh, I made more random signatures yesterday so they'll be different ones you'll see now :)

Right at this moment in time Me and Keeley ARE coming to the meet :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

L; Great about Ryan sleeping 12-5.30 i bet that sleep made a difference.

Kk; Hope you all feel better soon

My day has been quite good.. Keeley had another settling in session and didn't cry as i didn't say goodbye(Bad mummy :( )
But apparently she was as good as gold and only cried when i went back to get her as she realised then that i hadn't been there

I watched her for a bit and she looked soo cute playin with all the other babies(awwww :D )

Oh i have posted pic's in the pic section 8)

woh I just had a mental driving lesson    omg

this was my 3rd lesson (i had loads ages ago but i've forgotton them) and I've already done left turns, right turns etc, so today we did more roundabouts, and Tamworth is like full of roundabouts...

I wasn't in a great mood to start with so I was being crap on the gears, like going into 4th, or just neutral and then wondering what the angry whirring was in the middle of the roundabout

drove onto the kerb a few times, onto grass verge, was too busy looking right to realise I was about to drive into someone in front of me and the instructor had to press the brake and say um why are you not looking in front of you and i was like, urm i was too busy looking right :|

then went on this random country road where it was a national speed limit and i had to do 60 (I was doing about 50...) and i couldn't even see the road in front of me and it was godawful i literally couldn't see where the road turned or anything and it wasn't a road i knew and he just kept telling me to go faster  wtf

all in all i apparently did quite well, but jeeeeeeeeee-sus.....

sorry just needed to get that off my chest cos nat's being quiet and playing with some sort of programming on his computer and prob doesn't wanna hear my random driving lesson crap. :wall:

hello ladees, just a quickee-

i cant come 2 the meet :( i got paid 2day and my balance has gone from around zero to around -£50! :(

Well, I'll be as thorough as I can in my quickie post!!

Well, I;ve packed maybe over half the house, yeah definitely more than half, maybe even 2/3  been giving everything a good clean once I;m done with it (cupboards etc) so getting there, C has packed a grand total of ZERO!! I have done it all  He has food poisoning tonight which is obviously very helpful for me!! So anyway, thats me busy busy busy!!!

L - Sounds like a scary driving lesson  I think I have blanked out the actual learning to drive part now, but I just had a flash back to what I thought was an awful lesson, when he wanted me to do a hill start, he took me to the steepest hill in Sutton Coldfield, then talked me through.....I kept rolling backwards, I was gettting very stressed & panicky and p*ssed off basically, he kept saying, 'go on, you can do it' I thought I bl**dy can't,.......so I turned the engine off, took the key out, gave it to him and said 'we're not going anywhere unless you move this car onto a flat road' :rotfl:
Luckily, there wasn't a traffic jam behind me :rotfl:

Nat - I've counted you in, it would be lovely for you & Jake to come too if you can make it...hope you are both well

KK - Hope A & T feel better tomorrow, and that Sammy doesn't get it!!

Trix - Sorry to hear you can't come :( maybe you could come to the next one......if we book it earlier you can buy your train ticket cheaper in advance?  Enjoy swim tots tomorrow!

V - How you doing lady cakes? How's the prettiest scottish baby I know?

JW - Hope O has a less snotty sleep tonight hun, I like this new house you've put up too....hope you get a good bargain!!

M - How are you & Teejster? You been working again today? How's it gone?

Nic - Glad Nursery went well today, will go check piccies out next.

JM - Hope you've had a good day.....you'll be meeting Natalie & Jake, and Leckershell & Ryan and hopefully Nic & Keeley at the station on Tuesday now, so we've gone from no-one else getting the train, to a gang of you!! Lol. Might be good for you all to have each others numbers if thats ok, so you don't lose each other,......and maybe each have a red hankercheif or something so you know who each other are?!

Cloud - Not much has happened since I spoke to you this morning, and bumped into you in town (with your snazzy new hair) so I'll just give you these

Girls, I told you the wrong car park
:wall: DON'T park in Chapel Street (too far away)...either park in Assembly Rooms Car park this is closer to the Cathedral - or the Westfield Centre Car Park (this will be easier for after shopping, but is furthest away from Cathedral) either way, let me or Cloud know where you're parking so we can direct you to Cathedral from the car park.

Girls......I;m very sad!! This may be my last post for a few weeks & thats if my internet gets connected quickly!! If they drag it out it might be quite a while longer   Please text me if there is any exciting news. I'll try to pop back on tomorrow if I'm not too busy panicking, for a quick hi & bye....I might have a plan to get internet in the meantime, but I'm not counting my chickens, and should only really use that do get my work done.....save me having to take Libby to the office whilst I work

So if this is goodbye....then i love you all, and will miss you.....but I'll be back soon (or see you on Tues)!!
(That really wasn't a quickie post was it :rotfl: )

Oh and the list of people I have for Tuesday is:

Cloud (Jo) & Dylan
Kirlykird (Sarah), Beth & Tom & Sammy
Jennywren (Jen) & Oran
Jaydesmummy (Rach) & Jayde
Leckershell (Michelle) & Ryan
Natalie & Jake
Nic & Keeley
Me (Em) & Libby

I have reserved a whole area at Slug & Lettuce for us.....see you on Tuesday @ 11.30 everyone who's coming!! You all have my numbers so text me if you need anything (but not on Saturday!!!)

morning all

wow em that was the longest quick post iv ever seen!!!

I just left oran on the floor (on a towel thank god or mum woulf have killed me!) with no nappy and went to the loo, I came down and he had rolled on to his tummy, then pooed so he had pood with his ass facing upwards so it was resting on his cheeks and tops of legs and I came in and he was just lay there waiting not moving, I said ''what have you done'' he just went hhhhuuuuuuuu and grinned at me. He didnt move till i cleaned it bless lol

does anyones babies giggle. oran doesnt giggle he laughes like bevis and butthead huh, huh, huh, huh

these are the 3 houses we have booked in to view. One on Sunday, and 2 next sat

View on Sunday, but not sure on the road its on if its ok or a bit ruff, we will have to see when we go if its where we think it is
House 1

View next sat, like the house and masive scope for improvement, can convert attic in to a huge 20'' x 12'' room and the cella but parking may be an issue as its just parking on the street and everyone seems to have 1-2 cars each inclding us (have 2)
HOUSE 2

View next sat, I know no pics, but we know the street as B's dad lived there and my mate did she has hers up for sale now, but the other 2 are up for 10k more so this one might be a dump inside, again room for improvment by creating a 3rd bedroom (OTHER ONE same street AND another one same street
HOUSE 3

Im gettiong all excited

:cheer: last night we had 12midnight and then 645am :cheer:

for breastfed, that's pretty good int it? man i was so grateful for that sleep....

Em, will miss you all the way to tuesday :rotfl: Good luck

JW,loving th 2nd house still...number 2 for me!! Sam giggles..I love the sound!! :D

Trix, so sorry you can't make it,maybe next time :(

L, well done with the sleep :cheer:

Quick post from me as supposed to be busy but dossing a little :shhh:

hi all

poo update: my poor boy yesterday didn't know we were going out so did a poo before he left home but still at least get a bum change while out, but went to the chmist today with his dad was out for about 20 mins and managed to have a poo.\

he is very tired and grumpy today as he has been up since 6.15am .
.
good luck with the move Em if you see this.

if anyone is parking in the westifield and wants me to meet them to walk down i can as that is where i will be parking. let me know

good luck with the viewings Jen

i was wondering what you all thought your lo's on the thread might be first to do other than keeley  the only thing i can think D will do first is to poo at the meet lol

chat later

:rotfl: :rotfl: loving the dylan poo stories!!! My money is deffo on him for pooing first at the meet!!

Trix, I know how you feel about money, we are totally broke at the moment and it's kiling me, I love shopping!!

EM!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don't leave us for too long, I cna't cope!!! :( I hope the move goes smoothly, I am sure it will as you are sooo organised!!

Kirls, are you feeling better?

L, your driving lesson sounds a nightmare!! I beat all of you with driving stories though, I wrote off my driving instructers car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

JW, I just laughed out loud at O pooing!!!! I think he has a long way to go before beating D's pooing, but that was hilarious, and waiting to be cleaned is just such a typical man thing to do! Teej has the cutest giggle in teh world but has been known to sound like beavis and butthead!!

Nic, glad Keeley is getting used to nirsery a little more, a few more times and youmay have cracked it!!

I have been working again today, but I enjoyed it, I think it is because I know that the maximum I will do each week is two and half days so I know that I will get my boy back for at least six or seven days, I am not working at all next week as P is so that is good!!!!

Not a lot else to report, P made a whole batch of food for teej today which was good of him! Not doing much over the weekend, convinced my mum to make us some himemade soup tomoroow as it is just that kind of weather!

Hey M :cheer:

Woooo the little dude is 6 months old :cheer:  :cheer:

We're heaps better thanks m

So glad work is going well for you and the hours sound perfect

Doesn't it feel so sad that we're all getting back intot he real world now :(

this time last year we were all talking about waiting to be off waiting for babies to drop!

Big hugs to you and so sad that you can't make it next week, would love a cuddle from teej and Sam would love to meet his little buddy! Maybe another time, just have to convince P !! :shakehead:

Hi all\

Happy 6 month old Thomas :cheer: :cheer:

Quiz: Guess how many times D woke up last night will give you the answer tomorrow.

not much to report went for a walk today only bought some fruit

sooooooo excited about Tuesday..D tried on his shoes that match his dungers for the event and they fit :cheer:

gonna out D in bath then watch the rugby

0, that is my guess cloud!

Thank you all for wishing Thomas a happy six months, esp Nic, you noticed before I did!

How long does everyone think before T starts crawling? He is currently lifting his bottom and putting his knees under him, and he also lift himself up and lock his arms, but he can't do it at the same time, so how long do you think it will be?

Also what is everyone buying their lo's for Christmas? I am not sure what to get him as his main present, we are going to buy him some clothes and some toys as stocking fillers but no idea what the big thing should be!!!!

Hi
Missac..i knew coz i know Thomas is a day younger than D so his is easiest to remember..

As for xmas D is having a vtec baby smile and a lottie ladybird rocker and just a couple of bits aswell( well prolly quite a few bits :rotfl:  )

i reckon another 2 weeks on teej crawling

how long do you think on D ..he currently lies on the floor and tries to swim :shakehead: :rotfl:

got bored watching the rugby might enjoy it more if we were winnning

probably be a couple more weeks aswell!!! Isn't it exciting!!!!!

V if you are reading can you change the poll to make it into a crawling poll!?!?!?
