really well thanx i'm getting sorta good at it now and she'd gained nearly 2lbs so i'm really pleased... it is hard i can see why ppl give up but i'm glad i didnt. and its so easy at nite i can reach over and feed her in bed, no having to go downstairs and mess about getting a feed ready while she cries- it is lots more convenient to BF once its established.

good luck with ur home water birth- i'm SO glad i got my home birth it was near perfect- its a shame i didnt give birth in the pool but it was wonderful for labour and it was so nice to be in our own home while i was in the throes... and nice for millie to be born into her own home and not to hav changes of surroundings im sure it helped her settle.
cant wait to read ur birth story! come on baby valentine (well wait til mummys sorted the house out first lol)

Er how did the christening go?

Em, hows the libster? I am going to check out the pics of you in the meitei, Teej quite enjoyed his bjorn, he likes facing outwards!

Well had a marvellous holiday, really relaxing, we went shopping and found some lovely shops that sell wooden toys for kids, got some wooden farm animals on springs that hang from the ceiling, going with the farm theme up there! We wondered around the city in the sun, Thomas grizzled a bit but I think it was because he likes to lie on his back and he can't really do that whilst on holiday! Dad bought him the most enorous activity pyjama crocodile thing, it is great!

Can't really remember much else at the moment as I am tired, off for a browse,

D has missed Teej and i have missed you...how is P handinling your addair with JT? he must be very liberal you all going on holiday together

D has had a hungry day he hasn't managed an hour at any point today without needing feeding so consequently hasn't been able to sleep through hunger so went to be wailing, he woke up though 40 mins later for food so it may be a long night.

I have had a good talk with A Today about what I expect him to be doing with D, He has said he would come home today if i would let him . I asked him if he could stay clean and he said no so i said i don't want you home then. I have talked about it has been easier without him here and how i never realised how awful my life was till he was gone and what i expect in the future.I have told him that my frined been here has been more help than he has as she just does little things.

I did say to him I wanted more effort around the house.i pointed out I asked him to change bedding Thursday he changed sheet as i mentioned that had milk and baby sick on it , then friday when i said he never changed the quilt and could he do that while i was out with Em and i still don't have new pillowcases..I said when you change the bedding you change the pillowcases, quilt and sheet...he said in a suprised voice oh i never realised ..OMG

anyhow i have pointed out that i need him to think about llife with me when he comes back and told him i dont know if i will ever be able to trust him again..but he seemed to take what i was saying on board so we shall just have to wait and see

glad b/feeding going well...I agree one of my motivations to keep going is i don't have to make a bottle up when D wakes in the night.

I am going to get my haircut tomorrow am A and my friend are looking after him between them..it is the first time i have left the house so v v nervous ..Goah if he eats like today he needs about 8 oz and hour eeek.

D is now in 3-6 month baby grows he'ss be growing out of them soon if he doesn't stop eating

Hey m'ladies and babies...and to T2 and V.... and bumps little or large

Well where do I start, TIRED is the word. After having a late late one last night I started the morning exhausted!

Then it is my grans 80t birthday today so trecked up to the Midlands for ber party...we all enjoyed it,especially the kids and Sam with loads of attention

Stopped off at the cemetry on the way to see my mom, Sam came with me for the first time, we got some of those little decorative garden windmills and put them in the soil in front of her stone,so she has a pink one from Beth, a yellow one from Sam and a blue from Tom


Tomorrow is Sam's second lot of injections and my first smear in yonks....

Very nervous as I hate to see my baby in pain plus nervous abouth the smear too as I tend to have bad experiences with them such as colcoscopys and laser etc...

Also have my HV in the morning so busy day!!

Hi all! Am popping on and off so haven't written any replies to the pictures but they are all sooooooo cute, I can't believe how much they are all growing! But haven't we created some beauties!!

Question on feeding!

Teeh is on 8ounce bottles now, I can't believe it, has anyone got any thoughts on weening? Is it far to early to introduce the baby rice do you think? I am at baby massage tomorrow so will ask when I see the health visitor but wanted to know what all your thoughts are!
