TENS machine hire

Was just wondering where some of you have hired your TENS machines from? And when do you get them?

It might be worth having a word with your midwife cos when I asked her about it she said that the maternity unit I'm going to lend them out from 36 weeks to keep at home until the birth.
Some areas also lend them out for free under the sure start scheme. Im sure your midwife would know about that too.

Otherwise I've seen some online companys that will hire them out for 4-6 weeks for around £20 and give you a prepaid envelope to return it in. If you google tens hire it should throw a few up.

Mothercare do a hire service but it's nearer £30 I think, as is the hire from Lloyds chemist

i've got mine from mama tens as our maternity unit doesn't hire them out. i've paid £23 and it was delivered earlier this week...
