Temperature changes?

Felling totally rubbish today. feel like its the flu, just took my temp and it 38.5 (which as a nurse i would say is high). But i am oving at the moment, still got positive opk this morning (very dark line)

I know you are suposed to have a temp shift at ov but surly not this high???

When i was doing temp charting breifly one month my temps were always 36.3-36.6

GAH i feel crap.

Classed as a common fever my lovely, yours is 0.4 less then mine at beginning of year

Hey no worries, could be a mixture of pending OV & flu

I was told plenty of fluids & paracetomol
