Teeth?

Just been having a poke around Maia's mouth cause she's been teething recently (well I think she has) and I have found what I think might be teeth.

I can feel a small hard lump at the top and bottom of her gums on the left and another at the top only on the right. The thing is they are right at the side, not in the middle where I would expect her first teeth to appear.

I dont even know if they are teeth, I cant see anything cause she wont keep her head still plus they are that far to the side that they are actually inside her mouth.

Should I be worried that they are at the side (if they are teeth) and if they arent teeth should I still be worried?

Kaira always had a little lump at the side of her mouth that looked like it could be a tooth. However since her two front teeth have came in it has completely gone. She has teethed pretty much since birth - so it might be related.
