TEETH!?!?!

Heeey just wondering, ryan has been teething for a while and i keep checking his gums and today i noticed on the top left side of his gum there is a white raised lump. does that mesn the tooth is pushing its way through?? Does that mean it wont be long or will it stay like that for a while?? i know they teeth for months before they get teeth but as he has this lump i wasnt sure weather that meant it was almost through????

Oliver's had white lumps for a while, the two bottom front I can actually see the shape of the tooth under the gum, and he has two more further back at the bottom, but nothing has broken through. It's probably been over a month since I noticed them - you could have a while to go yet!
