Anyone else have days when they just feel terribly tearful and sorry for themselves? I can't seem to snap out of it today. Everything seems to have gotten ontop of me, my teenagers are grumpy and lazy, my husband isn't that great about the house and I'm exhausted. I'm sick of my in laws, I look like a hippo, I'm trying to cheer everyone else up all the time and now I sound like a moaning cow!

Hugs hun, have definitely had days when I have felt like that, you are not a moaning cow at all.

Maybe try and grab a nap, or if that's not possible a cuppa and some chocolate, with sometime mindless but entertaining on the tele.

Xx

Definitely sounds like you need some 'me' time. What's your favourite indulgence for that? A walk? a nap? cuppa and a book?
My ex had a habit of being thoughtless. One day he got up for work and realised he had no clean underwear. He hadn't spotted that while I was regularly doing laundry, I'd stopped putting any of his stuff in. Point was made and jobs started being shared out.
Take some virtual hugs from us, go lie down for a rest and chat to bump for a while. Sing a few nursery rhymes and enjoy the kicks.

I know how you feel I was like that Thursday and Friday I just felt rubbish. No reason for it I just did. I was very snappy to my poor oh and I just wanted to cry. In the end I held it in until he got in the shower and I had a bit cry. I felt like rubbish Friday morning but went and had a pub lunch with a couple of friends and it really cheered me up. Fresh air helps me big time, being fat and feeling stuck in the house does me no good so I try and have lots of little walks with the dog, I can only manage about 1/2 a mile at a time but 2 or 3 of those a day makes me feel good.

I did this to my OH when we first moved in together, but it was his works uniform!

I just started crying fo no actual reason this morning....I was just watching Sunday brunch lol
So you're totally not alone x

All the time! You're not alone hun but it certainly isn't a nice feeling. I'm sure my oh is sick of it by now. He used to be rather sympathetic and if he caught me in tears he'd always ask what was wrong and give me cuddles even though my answer was usually I don't know what's wrong!
