Symptoms coming and gonig...

one day Im feeling all those stretchy and pinching pains and then next...nothing.
is this normal?
despite having done 3 tests and all positive I sometimes think I imagined them as I dont feel as I thoguth I might have. I guess I was expecting to be sick every day as soon as I found out, with sore boobs all day, shouting all the time etc. Maybe im just lucky so far...

I think that's quite normal hun. I often have days when I don't feel very much and then all of a sudden i'm exhausted, my boobs hurt and I feel sick!!!

Plus it's very early days yet, give it a few more weeks and you'll be wishing you were like this again!!

it is reassuring to feel things most definitely. I find myself poking my boobs if they're not hurting as much as I think they should ~ my husband thinks i'm nuts!!!

Ive been doing that today!!!

Everytime I go to the bedroom and pass the mirror I look at my boobs to see how they look - not used to bigger boobs heheh.

I didn't get sick until about 5 weeks gone, and then oh boy did i get sick

At that point until about a week ago (at 8 weeks) I was sick every day and really very ill. It has started to settle now and I am sick about once every other day. Some days I get home form work exhausted, some days I have enough eneergy to do the hoovering. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.

I kept poking my nipples for the first 3 weeks to check they still felt like I'd run a cheese-grater over them They did by the way.

My sickness set in around 5 weeks too but I havent vomited to this day. Which I took as a worrying sign back then as nausea can be subjective. But trust me it only got worse

As for the pains, I have been having crampy pains and stretchy pains on and off since day one but they've definitely gotten more frequent the further along I get. It's worrying in the beginning as there's no real 'proof' that you're pregnant except for a stick (I was very lucky to get a reassurance scan at 7w1d). I started wondering if all those BFPs were wrong and in the end I took one final test and kept it in my desk drawer to keep reminding myself that the lines WERE there and I WAS really pregnant.

i dont have any symptons other than unbelievebly sore boobs- can't lie on my front in bed anymore which is so annoying as i cant get to sleep otherwise.
no nausea or vomiting yet though and hoping it stays that way.

well just back from doctors so I guess its now kinda official and just waiting a call from the midwife to book in my first appt and early scan. doctor said to make most of it now whilst no major symmptoms.

got my folic acid too

with EVie I didn't realy get any symptoms until 7 weeks and even at my 12 week scan I still thought I was imagining being pregnant!

Is anyone getting the pincy type pains just at the bottom of their ribs too? They seem to jump about all over the place, but today it mostly seems to be under my ribs!

I also haven't had any nausea, but my nipples are SUPER sensitive and permanently erect!! The doc this morning warned me that the nausea may still hit me!!

We'll get through it together, won't we?! Whereabouts are you ninny?

hey Ninny, I am 7 weeks tomorrow and have not had any symptoms yet. slightly sore breasts but not too bad. havent had any sickness or headaches yet. I dont recall really having any with my other pregnancy either. My sister said she was the same and didnt have any sickness. Am very tired and sometimes a bit moody, also put on a lot of weight, but thats about it.

I am sure everythings ok. just count yourself lucky! xx
