Swollen throat

My throat is so swollen i havent been able eat or drink properly and struggled breathing last night ended up with only an hour sleep due to the pain. Its not an allergic reaction to anything as far as i am aware it came on at 2am, and dunno what do or what i need to do about it any advice??? thanks x x x

Are you exhausted when it started? My throat gets really swollen when im over tired x

found out its a mix of an infection in my throat and also heartburn and heartburn meds not helping they are causing it to get worse x x x
