Ive seen a few bubbas on here wearing an all in one swim thing, but I cant find a single shop that sells them for babies, theyre all 1year+ :(
Does anyone know where I can get them from? Or is it ok just to put a swim nappy and some shorts on him when we go swimming?
So confused!

I got one from Next - I've seen them in Matalan too :)

Ooooh thanks girls I never thought to look in boots or matalan!!

Tesco does them too x x

Though tbh we just put a swim nappy and swim shorts (also tesco) on Seb when we take him swimming and he's absolutely fine x

We got ours from Tesco But now she just has swim Nappy and pretty swimming costume xx

I looked online at tesco earlier and couldn't see any! I've seen a cute one from matalan so I think I'll get that, do they keep them warm or just protect from the sun? I have no idea about anything when it comes to swimming!
Where were going on holiday they've got a heated indoor pool but on the offchance of it being nice enough to use the outdoor one I'd love to take him in that, I'll need a hat and waterproof sunscreen too won't I? Are babies allowed in the sun at all?

Matalan had a lovely tigger one i want to get h in the summer its an all in one one with hat!! Also i got h some baby sunglasses from Tesco yesterday for £2!!

As much as I love to dress A in a pink cossy I don't think he'd be impressed
I really didn't know boots did things like that! I'm gonna have a butchers in matalan for the tigger one, though I won't hold my breath co whenever I go in store to find somethingfor him they've never got his size anywhere :(
Everyone in Birmingham must have kids 3-6 months and that's why I can never get anything lol

I got one from next, theyre really good. You will also need a hat and the special baby sunblock. Babys are fine in the sun and generally catch it really easily.. They say tokeep themoutof the sun between 12-3 when its at its hottest though. Also the baby sunglasses that attatch round there heads are good too.

Definitely get glasses that go round the head, I can't get C to keep his on (that's if I get them on at all lol!)

Are you kidding? Lol Alanna is pure white irish skin, and i moved to the middle east. Shes 3 months and goes out in the sun FINE without sunscreen. The only problem with her n the sun is getting to hot! I take her in the pool occasionally in the afternoons just in a swimnappy swimsuits are a faff to get off a grumpy tired baby! Just be sensible with the sun and your fine.

lilymac glad u posted this as i was wondering the same thing too!!! im off out to buy him some as were eplanning a trip to italy soon!!! =) cant wait to see him in swimwear! & mommkat.. you really dont use any sunscreen at all?!?! my lo is half italian and has deffo got some of oh's olive skin (plus my white british skin) but i will DEFINATELY be putting suncream on him, factor 50 probably, babies skin is sooo delicate not to have any protection surley?!??

:)
I still haven't got one, haven't been shopping yet and my card won't work online so it'll just have to wait for now :)
Oooh wish I was going somewhere nice like Italy, I'm off to clacton on sea LOL
I was just thinking the same thing too, I've got naturally tanned skin and I never get sun burn but I wouldn't go out without it, especially somewhere so hot so I wouldn't expect a baby to go without either especially when their skin is so delicate!!

If you use 50+ and reapply when you come out of the pool Aiden should be fine.

I've got AJ swimsuits from all over. Sainsbury's and next's one's were great.

Ah that's good to know, I figured he'd be ok if he had good sun screen on but just wanted to check :) thanks chick.
There's loads of places that do these suits and I couldn't find one anywhere, I was looking in all the wrong places

The all in one suits are good because most of them have the built in sun protection too.

Keep looking, you'll find one you like. Asda has boys 2 piece ones in today.
